When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, property location, the service you are interested in and a description of the problem. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp we also keep a record of that conversation.

Enquiry details are used to review your requirement, arrange an inspection, prepare a scope and quotation, and to follow up on the work we have agreed to carry out. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
3. Website data
The website may collect standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited and referring pages in order to understand how the site is used. Any analytics tooling used must be configured with consent and documented in this policy before launch.
